How much does our support cost?
- Our support is free of charge1.
1 Every customer receives 2 hours of free support per year. After that, the support is rounded up to a full 15 minutes and billed at an hourly rate of €150 net per hour. The customer will be informed in advance as soon as support becomes chargeable.
